The seminar La jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y su impacto en México. Obligaciones estatales frente a la desaparición forzada de personas was organized by the Observatory of the Inter-American Human Rights System of the Institute of Legal Research of the Autonomous University of Mexico on the 40th anniversary of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Lene Guercke was invited to participate in the Impact panel of the decisions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Mexico, viewed from the academy.
